Message	From what I know of the code, the 49 is used a LOT more...the only time you ever see a 50 is when weather or something else is involved and you almost never see it for freeway infractions. I was reading online and it had said that if you DO get a 50 code and the weather was decent, the cop is more or less giving you an out (either he felt bad...or hell who knows why).
